Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.

Exceptions to Damages: If your product is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and description of the damage, along with proof of purchase so that we can make things right. Please retain the original packaging materials.

Please Note: Candles and Wax Melts can soften or melt when exposed to hot summer temperatures. We cannot be held liable for packages left outside resulting in your items melting, thus will not qualify for a refund or exchange. We recommend you arrange to have your package delivered to an air conditioned location where someone can receive your package.
